- ➤ Aurora Police Chief Todd Chamberlain said ICE reported the escape of two detainees from a local ICE facility four-to-five hours after a power outage allowed them to flee Tuesday night; he maintained that APD was never asked to join the search and clarified that the delay turned a hot escape into a cold one. - ➤ A Colorado nonprofit called Justice Necessary is launching a grant program that will supply free pads, tampons, and dispensers to schools to help them meet HB1164 requirements by providing a month’s supply of period products for summer and the 2025 to 2026 school year.
