- ➤ A new state bill introduced on March 4 aims to simplify permits for food trucks by letting operators with valid permits from one area apply in another. Supporters say the change will lower costs for customers — while opponents worry it may override local rules — as local governments must review applications within 14 days. Denver7
- ➤ The Colorado Senate on Friday passed Senate Bill 25-003 (which restricts new purchases of certain gas-powered semiautomatic guns by requiring a training course and approval from the county sheriff) and sent it to Governor Polis for his signature. Denver7
