- ➤ Castle Rock is set to enjoy a Summer Concert Series at the Amphitheater at Philip S. Miller Park featuring five nights of live music, beginning with Sugar Ray on June 21. - ➤ The Colorado Senate Judiciary Committee passed an amended Senate Bill 25-281 on April 21 that increases penalties for careless driving resulting in death but retains a misdemeanor charge unless prior serious offenses apply—families of crash victims and advocates expressed disappointment with the amendment.
