- ➤ Castle Rock Town Council will hold public hearings on May 6 and May 20 at Town Hall to decide the future of the 535-acre Pine Canyon project east of town— the project, proposed by JRW Family Limited Partnership, may include up to 800 single-family homes, 1,000 multifamily units, a resort spa, hotel, commercial space and an elementary school site while concerns over water, traffic and emergency services persist.
