- ➤ On July 1, the Castle Rock Town Council approved a plan for Soleana— a 77.96-acre housing development that will include 77 units, with 55 detached homes and 22 live/work units, north of Alexander Place and west of Collins Street. The plan also sets aside 34.53 acres of open space and limits primary access to Brewer Court while a construction timeline has not yet been set. Douglas County News-Press
