- ➤ More than two dozen mental health providers will join the Castle Rock Police Department for A Rally of Hope on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at Festival Park where booths run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.—the event will raise mental health awareness and introduce a new voluntary CARE Program for safer officer responses. - ➤ At its Sept. 2 meeting, Town Council approved an AdventHealth medical office building with a free-standing emergency room on a 5.17-acre site in Crystal Valley— the building will have urgent care on the first floor and a primary care clinic on the second floor.
