- ➤ At the Oct. 7 meeting, Town Council approved the Proposed 2026 Budget with $349.6 million to fund core services—public safety, roads, and water—and approved site plans for the Brickyard mixed-use and Bella Mesa North residential developments. The Council also approved a $210,000 art project for Big Drive sculptures at Rock Park Open Space and recognized Fire Prevention Week, with a second reading scheduled for Oct. 21. Town of Castle Rock
